I'm Dr. Afrouz Demeri, Founder of Trimester Zero

I’m a Naturopathic Doctor dedicated to helping people overcome health issues and live long FULFILLING lives. But that’s only a part of why I’m so passionate about what I’m about to share with you today. I’m also a mother.

Just like you, I vividly remember the joy and anticipation (sometimes with a tinge of fear) of what becoming a mother would be like for me. I was young, I was in love, I was ready to take on the world and bring wonderful new life into it. Little did I know that my yearning to become a mother would lead me down this path but it did.

With only one ovary, I got pregnant with my first child, and let me tell you I was fanatical about doing everything right. Everything went smoothly up until the moment of my beautiful daughter’s birth.

You expect your life to change with the birth of a child, but mine changed in a way I couldn't have imagined.

My daughter, despite my insane efforts to make sure I had a healthy pregnancy, had multiple health issues: Countless years in the hospital, seven surgeries later, and she still struggles. I felt overwhelming GUILT AND PAIN that somehow I had done something wrong.

I ADORE my daughter and love her to the very fiber of my being. I have NO regrets about having her, her health struggles, and everything that’s happened in her life. I wouldn’t trade it for anything at all.

But I wasn’t prepared, so I’ve spent years trying to figure out exactly what happened and how I can help women like YOU prepare better FAR before conception to have a healthy baby.

I’ve helped thousands of women balance their hormones, determine their genetic risk factors, and get as healthy as possible prior to conceiving, during their pregnancy, and after their baby was born.
